Why can’t I return a damaged phone insured by Assurant to a T-Mobile Store when it clearly states that you could on the site. Then when you try they will not accept at the store? Instead you risk the phone being lost/stolen in the mail and charged for it. The USPS will not even let you insure the package or expedite and Assurant will not accept UPS or Fedex. Looks like false advertising and Tmobile will be the one to come after for the money not Assurant. So why does the staff at the stores keep saying that they are not responsible for returning when they back up Assurant?

Starting November 1st some tmobile stores will be offering repairs and later returns from purchases elsewhere.
