I've been a loyal customer for 13 years, and since Sprint switched to T-Mobile, everything has gone downhill! The customer service in stores is terrible, phone support is useless, tech support is a nightmare, and the 360 plan is an absolute scam! Do not buy the 360 plan! It's a complete rip-off!

I've been sent three watch replacements, and every single one was the wrong size or series. I've been dealing with this mess since April! The so-called "supervisors" from the tech department in the Philippines are a total joke. They don't resolve anything and are utterly incompetent.

I spent over an hour on the phone, got hung up on, and never received a call back. This level of service is unacceptable. T-Mobile, you need to be better!
