I am about to cancel my tmobile business. It’s time to switch to verizon. Tmobile stole my money. When I called and told them what happened they said sorry sir you have to wait for us to get the product back to issued a refund. They have thier shit back over 10 days ago and I still don’t have my 545.00. Im DONE

It does take time for the returned product to be received, inspected, and verified it is in mint condition and all of the included accessories are there before a request for any refund can even be processed. When the refund does start being processed, that can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks and sometimes even longer.
THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR PHONE LINES I DON’T EVEN HAVE! CALLED YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID ONLY MY HOTSPOT WOULD BE CHARGE. STOLE 70 DOLLARS FROM ME. AT LEAST VERIZON HAS AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL THAT SPEAK ENGLISH AND DON’T LIE TO YOU!
