Contact them to get a new one and also to let them know the other was lost so it cant be put into a phone and used to make changes or charges on your account and also change your password and lock you out of your account
retrieve it how? unless it was a esim you would need to get a physical replacement sim card either by having them send you one or by swinging into a TMO store (might opt to call them first to see if they have them in stock or not though.
