I'm getting different answers when I ask 611, go to the store or chat thru the T-Mobile site.
The current account holder is no longer in the United States and there is no plans for him to go back.
I'm an authorized user on the account.
We've tried doing thru the phone by having a third-party conference with 611, but they said they couldn't do it on the phone.
I also tried going to the store but also told me they couldn't do it since the current account holder is not in the store.
