Trouble connecting T-Mobile Home Internet to Sonos Speakers or Kindle.

In both cases my devices cannot see the T-Mobile router to connect wirelessly nor manually sign in with correct username and password. Help!

Have you tried resetting your router and testing other devices to see if they can find it? Might be a good idea to test other Wi-Fi connections to see if the other devices work on another Wi-Fi network.

Most smart home devices only work on 2.4GHz WiFi connections with AES encryption.  If the device is really old, you might have to use WEP but WPA Personal should work for most made within the past couple of years.

How can one change encrytion setting between  WPA AND WEPC on the Tmobile gateway device?
