Unable to change password on prepaid account

I am attempting to change my password for my other T-Mobile prepaid account. The system is indicating the new password must be at least eight characters, contain one lower-case letter, one upper-case letter and one number.


The password I was trying to change it to, exceeded this requirement, yet once it was input into the first new password field, the field displayed ‘Incorrect Password’, same thing for the second new password field.


Is this a temporary issue with the system?
