Since I switch to T-mobile I haven’t been able to pay my phone bill online and it’s really getting annoying if it keeps happening I will be switching phone services again cause I’m tired of going through the same every month just cause T-mobile can’t fix their bug error for payments. Any suggestions other then calling customer service cause I should be able to pay my phone from the comfort of my home and not needing to go to the store
If you are a prepaid user, *233 will allow you to add funds through the automated system. If you are a postpaid customer, then you will need to contact Customer Care. While you have them on the phone, ask them to refresh your account info for your my.t-mobile account. Hopefully that resolves the issue for you.
