Unable to upgrade online

I am trying to look at upgrade options online and it tells me I have to call in to process upgrade. I have tried multiple browsers and spoke with customer service and still unable. The T-Mobile team keeps telling me they can upgrade me over the phone or through chat but that’s not convenient for me as I have kids who have no idea what they want which is why doing it online is easier. A ticket was opened up last week but I have not heard anything back… Not sure what to do at this point but this is extremely frustrating.
