Unbelievable web site for a major company

I have 2 prepaid accts with this horrible company and no matter what I try or who I talk to, they don’t understand my problem. No matter how I log in, only one of my accts will come up. It never gives me the option of opening either acct. just the one.  They are introducing 5G but can’t have a simple web site. I have literally spent hours on the phone with them and none of them can help me. Worst cell phone company ever.
