How do you get your t-mobile phone number unlisted and unpublished?

In short you don't. Once your number is anywhere call by anyone posted in any space it's there and it just keeps multiplying two other advertisers websites companies everywhere.. it's essentially like trying to get all the fleas off of a moose.

You could sign up for the Do Not Call list on the FCC's website.  It will take a few months to notice a difference but it will never stop 100% of the spam calls.

because of the fine print at the bottom of all agreements and terms of service anytime you give your phone number out that fine print is surely there and releases your number to any third party associated with the original party who got your number. The do not call list is not enforced.

You can go to each individual people search provider's website and request that your information be removed. Each company has its own process for doing so. However, as already stated, you will never completely "un-list" yourself, and you often have to check back and get your information removed again after their databases are updated.
