I was looking at the detail of my personal tmobile bill and there is a charge for Utility Use Business on my bill for all of the lines. I do not have a Business account. I know years ago I was told that I had a business account and we got it squared away. I have also been receiving emails and messages about my business account. Is the Utility Use Business charge on personal and business or did they screw up my account AGAIN?!

This is a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that doesn't have account access so you're going to need to call, go to a store or use messenger on one of T-Mobile’s social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.
