Warehouse didn't scan the device

I claimed samsung galaxy S10 in July. returned the device with tracking label I received. USPS delivered it but warehouse never scanned it in. ridiculous way to treat 10 year old customer. it even suspended service twice while asurion keep saying one to two billing cycles each time we call. one time I even heard new employees making mistakes and mistakes happening more frequently. I'm not here to resolve your problems but you have to keep your warehouse on track. if USPS delivered it, warehouse has to get it. my phone was not charging as charging port was burning(smoke) when charging. how does your scanning work?

Unfortunately, this is just a forum mostly filled with customers, just like yourself.  Perhaps try reaching out to Customer Care or the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter to see if they can track down what happened.
