got a new phone, a32 galaxy in oct 2021, it is now been a week without service due to defect.
So my phone is 4 months old and under he warrnanty exchange policy of T Mobile they would only provide a used, preowned phone for the warranty exchange with a 3 month warranty. So I had to call again as the manufactures warranty is one year, i get a used phone and t mobile gets a new phone when they return the defective phone. So here we go, week 2 with no phone but yet so far no talk of crediting for no service even when it is brought up. Be very careful dealing with any warranty issues.
