website and app are being TRASH

I’ve been trying to add a payment method for about 30 minutes now switching between the app and website and both are not taking my card information. I’ve reset the cache and moved between edge and chrome with 0 luck. I am NOT wasting an hour of my time calling the customer support number. Can somebody please help me with this?

You need to call Customer Care.  A woman I spent over an hour on the phone with managed to fix it for me by refreshing my account info on their back end.  I have no clue what that does or what it involves, but it worked.  Good luck!
