Call customer service to file a claim on a cracked screen, the agent asks us all the information and verifies the account. She then asks us for the gigabyte of the phone, its on the box. its not on the box and we cant see the screen. How the heck do they know everything to verify but not the answer to that question? she denied the claim and wants us to call t mobile to get the info, thats the dumbest shit ever. all info should be in records, that question shouldnt even be asked. off to another carrier, just keeps getting worse and worse
