I disabled some services yet my account says my bill has gone up. Neither iPhone nor iPad mobile apps are working (tried multiple things) so I can only get into the website where there is no chat help option and I spend my whole work break waiting on hold for mobile & no longer have time to talk. Tried twitter & nobody is responding. I’m so aggravated I’m ready to look for another carrier who can be reached by more than one method.

2-when chat isnt available its due to them being back logged to much so the option is removed until they get cleared up…
3-contact them through Facebook
4-contact them through Twitter..
5-go into a store...
