A couple of hours ago my laptop screen showed something different on a new sign in page. I entered my email address and password. I could not get logged in. My account has 3 passwords. One for the site, one for My T-Mobile ID, and one for the phone. About a half hour ago I got ahold of someone in Troubleshooting. Her name is Michelle. She gave me some instructions, and restart my laptop. And hereI am. If a moderator can send KUDOS to MIchelle's supervisor I would really appreciate it. See, there are good reps in the Call Center!

I'M B-A-A-A-CK! It appears to have been a glitch on the website. Again, I thank tmo_mike for his concerns.I did call, and talked to someone in Troubleshooting. They checked out my 2 Troubleshooting tickets. It seems I went to the wrong department, and was supposed to go somewhere else. At least it's fixed.
