What is T mobile paramount plus promotion code?

Going through the https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus site and logging into my account I get a Promo submission page (as seen below). 

To move forward on the website and get the offer a promo code is required. Perhaps html of T-Mobile site is broken since this page doesn’t appear to be correct. If page is correct then a promo code is needed (please advise us of this).

Someone else asked this question previously but it was unfortunately marked “solved” despite the response not being valid. I am submitting this thread to hopefully get a valid answer and re-open the discussion.

This page appears to provide the coupon code but the site will not generate a code for me:  T-Mobile Promotions

When I type in my telephone number, nothing happens.  A code should generate.

The page I posted earlier comes up when I go to the https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/paramount-plus-deal route.

If I go the https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus route I get same situation you described.

I can enter any of my numbers and after I click submit the website doesn't do anything. It’s as if its a dead-end URL.

Tried a couple different browsers as well just in case it was anything related to how browser loads HTML

Finally worked… I did nothing different than previous… so whatever it was it worked out.

So if you were stuck like I was, give it another shot now. Perhaps the bugs have finally been worked out…. maybe AWS was still having issues… who knows.

None of the links work. They are all dead links. This is very poor customer service. You need to fix this. Stop sending the instructions. They don’t work. I followed them to a dead link. Do you try them yourself? Tell me the links are fixed and I will try again. Don’t send me instructions until the links are fixed. My coworkers and I try repeatedly but nothing happens.

Not working. Every single time I click on that link on any kind of device, I get this error message for the last 2 months

I thought I was the only one that cannot complete the process to view the Paramount + shows.  I have been working on it via phone, chat, internet, etc for over 2 months.  Today I was at the T-Mobile store where they tried to help me.  I started with T-Mobile and then Paramount + and then Roku and back and forth.  I am so frustrated and tired of waiting for an hour or more to get customer service on the line.  The elevator music played while waiting for Paramount is the worst ever.  T-Mobile is paying Paramount for subscriptions that no one is using.  Something has to be done!  Does anyone have the promotion code that could share it with me?

 

Many are having problems with this.  Worst customer service experience I ever had. Been hours on phone back n forth with CS from both companies and been nothing but a runaround.  They can’t fix this they are not going to be able to fix future issues when you get different stories from TMO on how to get it to work.  Paramount CS guy told me 40% of his calls are this fiasco!

Planned on cancelling Spectrum over this, now thinking I’m going to cancel T-Mobile Home Internet Service!!!

I just got T-Mobile and tried to activate my Paramount Plus promotion. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with their customer service which was completely horrible. They kept switching me from one supervisor to another and nobody seemed to be able to fix the problem. They literally told me to try again in a month. One of the reasons I signed up with T-Mobile was the extras that were included with the plan. This is starting to amount to false advertising since it seems like nobody else can activate their Paramount plus plan either. Not a very good start with a new company. Might have to cancel.

I cannot get a Paramount Plus code to generate!  Even after a 2 hour phone call with T-Mobile.  Has anyone figured out how to generate a code or did you receive one that worked?

Same issue here, cant get the code to generate! Fake promotion anyone? I cant believe this issue is a technical bug, as it persists for so long clearly its fake advertising.

I have had the same experience trying to get this promo.  I even spent over an hour on the phone with T-mobile last month.  They told me to wait until my current Paramount subscription ended then resubscribe and us the promo code.  The promo code didn’t work so now Paramount is charging me for another year even though I immediately cancelled the subscription.  Very frustrating.  This is my first time with T-mobile.  The home internet is working great, but I don’t appreciate that they make offers that aren’t legitimate.  I will likely keep looking for other carriers to switch to if they don’t backup their promos.
