Had it with your overpriced, useless service and I will not be making any more payments on either of these phones. The old one is broken and should already have been paid off, the new phone that I had to pay out the proverbial you-know-what for your worthless insurance didn't arrive, but I can't complain to Federal Extortion about because, haha,I can only open up a claim with a phone number! You promise anything to your customers just to get them in debt, so at this point it's high time for us to divorce. Tell me what I have to do to get out of this contract, because it isn't worth another year of wasting money and time
