Hiya @ahawk227​!  Were you still looking for some assistance in finding out your account number?  If you're postpaid, you can follow the instructions here: Find your account number​  If you have a Pay In Advance account, our system would use your phone number as the main identifier.  Please let us know if you have any more questions!

Having the same problem. Followed the instructions, but the account number is not listed in the upper-right corner after login.

When you sign in , click on bill then a pdf of you're bill and the account number is there.

How many digits is the account number? The one on the bill is a partial number. At the bottom of the bill has 3 numbers before the account number at the top. The full number is below but longer than the one at the top. They hid it amongst other numbers at the very bottom 

I need my FULL account number.  I tried what Sheogunsola recommended and added the three numbers listed before my account number on my bill but its still has issues.  I’m trying to convert from T-mobile to Mint and I need my full account number.  Is there anyone who can assist?  Thanks

Sign into your MyTmobile account and download a bill. Account number is on it if you have a post paid plan.
