8/3 we went to T-Mobile Store to transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile & get new phones while trading in previous phones. Long story short, after 2 ½ hours & a lot of issues/frustrations finally got out of there with phones (not the ones promised) but when got billing did not get $500 credit on each of the phones traded-in as promised by more than one store associate! To top it off after 9/6 phone app chat with CSR never got promised follow-up phone call with update & today waited an hour before finding phone app chat not working! Has anyone had similar issues?
