Why cant I pay? "card is invalid" or " having trouble processing order" and a "we are still working on things" in the tmobile app

I am unable to make a payment via any web service. I have tried chrome, firefox, and edge as well as the mobile version of chrome and firefox. Still the same “Card is invalid” and when I am able to change the zipcode, I get a “Sorry- we're having trouble processing your transaction. Your transaction has been cancelled. Please provide another payment card and try to process your transaction again. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience. If error persists, contact us at 1-800-937-8997 so we can assist you. Or visit a retail store nearest you. Customer Service” message. 
I am still unable into the mobile app as it says” we are still working on things” I have had service for over 3 months now but I am still unable to log into the app for some reason!! 

UGHHHH so frustrating. Can anyone help?
