hello, i got a new phone and new phone line with t mobile in may. since then my service has been turned off because i havent been able to login to the t mobile app to pay my bill. i cant make calls to t mobile support because of my bill not being paid, but i have no way of fixing it. i dont have another phone to be able to call t mobile and fix the problem, and there is no t mobile email that im aware of. whenever i try to login online, it doesnt work either. i use my email and enter my password, but thats as far as i get because it asks for a phone number linked to my account. i tried entering the phone number that my new phone came with, and i also tried to enter the phone number of my old phone since i bought this one with that number, but neither worked. i have no way of fixing this by myself and im getting extremely worried that i wont have a working phone anymore, because right now it only works on wifi.

Your service being suspended doesn’t stop you from calling 511. I literally just paid my bill through my.t-mobile.com in Microsoft Edge 20 minutes ago.
