Why dont i manage all 4 lines?

I am the  primary account holder and only see 2 lines

When you log in do you see this page?

If not you may have to call customer care, have then delete/removed all tmobile.com accounts, make sure your line is the primary, then sign up again.  

Once it is done the right way: you should see come up as this:

Hey there!

I just wanted to check-in to see if you were able to get your My T-Mobile account taken care of. I know it's important for you to be able to see all 4 lines on the account vs half of them. You can follow the steps found here to change the settings: Set up My T-Mobile permissions. If someone is already set-up as the primary account holder, you'll need to  Community-2153 to get it updated.
