I need help. I have called tmobile, and they say my short codes are enabled on both of our lines but we are still not getting two-factor texts from all Amazon properties - Ring, Amazon, and Alexa, and some banks (and possible others I haven’t found yet). Some codes are making it through. There is no evidence of spam or blocked messages in the text app. Amazon said they sent six code requests that they can see. I have called, chatted (they said someone would call me but never did), and the helpful (I mean that sincerely) staff in the store also tried calling their direct tech support numbers. Can somebody please help?
