So I lost my phone, blocked the device, and was able to file a claim to get a new one. However, when I go to activate my SIM, it wants to send a text verification to my phone number. Obviously, this won’t work as I had lost my phone and am trying to activate the replacement SIM card. Is there anyway to fix this? Or do I need to bring my replacement phone into a Tmobile store and have them activate it there?
