App problems


Having an issue with the TMobile App. It will not load. It just says "Setting you up" and sits there forever. I had to log onto the website to get my bill for this month. I use the app to pay my bill. HELP!!!!!

Did you update the app? hold down on the app and click INFO

Either try updating to the most recent software update or if that doesn’t work then try to uninstall it and reinstall the app. That’ll clear out the cache from the app.
