Audio Issues on Nord N10 5g Phone

My Nord N10 5g phone is only a few months old but suddenly began to only allow me to hear other parties during calling if I have the speakerphone on. The other party can hear me, but I can’t hear them (or the phone ringing out for that matter) unless I turn on the speakerphone. Also, the T-mobile jingle doesn’t play anymore on power up/power down. I’m just wondering if others have run into this problem and what actions might resolve the issue (up to and including a hardware reset). Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I've had a similar problem probably for half a year now.  No incoming audio when doing WiFi calling and only gets fixed after a reboot. Even speaker doesn't work. I can sometimes turn WiFi off when I realize it's happening but at home my cell reception is not good so it's not really a solution. OnePlus was no help; said they were looking into it months ago and never resolved after following up. This phone is rendering itself useless.
