Badge

I cannot access my email on my Aristo. My screen says Authentication required. When I go to the email icon and try to access my email it says my password for my email account has changed and to enter new password.  I did not change my password and if I enter my password I’m told it’s incorrect and to try again.   How can I fix this problem?

Contact the provider of the e-mail service you are using to see if they can help reset the password.

I can access my email on my laptop, just not my phone.

Perhaps an ad blocker is blocking things from working properly.  Have you tried another browser, likeEdge or Firefox on your phone to rule the browser potentially being the issue?
