I can clear my cookies every time I see this issue. For sure, your developers have to resolve this.

I can’t clear the cookies. I have too much stuff using cookies and other files that could potentially disconnect me from my work.

Instead of clearing all cookies, you can selectively delete cookies that are only associated with T-Mobile.
