I can receive and send text from others but when I text to one person its sends but I don't receive any texts. Can the primary holder see my texts and block it? Yes or no? If so is there any way to unblock it and prevent it?

The only way I can think that they can do this is if they add

Family Allowances to your plan.

That said, they can only see the NUMBER being texted, not the CONTENTS of the texts.

So, children can be texting their BFF all about how much they're swooning over the captain of the Chess Team, but the only way the parents would know is if they look at the phone (or have an app installed on the phone that notifies them of contents of messages).  All that can be seen on the account is the fact a conversation apparently is happening between someone on the account and a specific number.

I setup push bullet for my daughter. It is also hidden and she can't uninstall it. So when she gets and sends a text I get it almost real time. Yes she knows about it.
