Hello. I have a Samsung galaxy s9+. My phone slipped out of my hands and now it's damaged. The screen cracked and now my phone is almost unusable. There are 4 touch panels on the screen and only the bottom one is functioning. Even then, its almost unusable. Is it possible to get my phone replaced? What should I do?

If you have insurance on the phone. You can file a claim and send it in once your replacement arrives. No insurance means you are out of luck. A third party repair shop or the manufacturer will repair it for a fee.
Would the insurance be the 360 protection in the active add ons?

Yes.
The insurance is a waste of money, and I wish I had dropped it years ago. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. The insurance company wanted $175 to send me a refurbished phone. I dropped the insurance, paid $150 to have the screen replaced, and my phone works as good as it did before.
