I updated my phone this morning to Android 12 and now I don’t have any cell OR data service whatsoever. I can only do Wifi-Calling. I called Customer Service and they didn’t see anything wrong on their end. All Networks are fine. Everyone else in my family still has service.
My Airplane Mode button is also permanently stuck in limbo. It’s not turned on, but also not turned off. And I can’t click on it. I can’t switch data networks at all.
This update is absolute garbage. Now I don’t know what to do except wait for a fix or something. Thanks T-Mobile.
