Hey, @palmerscuddet! https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-37035

I know lots of users are eager to run Oreo on their Android devices. From checking out our Software Update page, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime isn't next in line to receive the update. You can keep an eye on this page and "follow" it so you can receive updates to the page right to your email. As for the J3, the device is in the beginning stages of the update process.

If you want a little more info on what goes into a software update, we put a blog up last week about it and you may find some of the info useful: Software Updates Explained .

The Oreo update for Galaxy J7 Prime was showing up in "Development" on the Software Update page earlier this year, but now it's not showing up at all. Was the update canceled? Did development stall/stop? Did it get removed in error?

Good today may 11 they brought it back so it most likely a mistake
