GROUP TEXT ARE NOT WORKING, NOR TEXTING TO CERTAIN CARRIERS

I have reset all the network settings, done all the troubleshooting but it's still not working. It seems there is no group texting at all, and the only people who can get my text are Tmobile or ATT carriers.  My daughter is sitting next to me and has Verizon, and no texts are going through to her.  Also I can see the group text and everything they are saying, but no one is receiving mine!  
I chatted with Samsung customer service for 45 mins. This is def a T-Mobile issue. 
HELP!!

I'm having the same issue with people I work with. No text going through to Verizon cell phones but pictures should work. Not sure what to do I've tried so many things and nothing works. 

I’m having the same issue, no texts going through to Verizon customers. 
I have a Samsung phone and a Samsung watch. I wonder if the replacement messagintg app has something to do with it, the one that is required to work with the watch. How about you? 

Call 611. tell them everyting you’ve tried, and ask for a profile reconciliation.

I called Tmobile—they put in a “trouble ticket,” but it could take 3 days. US Cellular is also a carrier that is not getting my text. This is frustrating. I have an Ultra 22.

@mrpepsi What is a profile reconciliation? Will this help with the texting or just the watch issue? 

Yes this fixed my texting issue. It is resolved for me.

I called! They didn’t do a reconciliation but they did do a “line reset”and it fixed the issue!! Thank you! You saved me 3 days of frustration!
