So I signed up for T-Mobile and after a day I decided it wasn't for me and I canceled my T-Mobile service. after talking with family and friends over the weekend I decided to join back with T-Mobile but my Apple TV was not working I contacted Apple yesterday and they said it shows I had Apple TV Plus for one day and canceled and I told her yes that is true but the next day I rejoined with T-Mobile and she said it is a T-Mobile issue. Tmobile is saying it's an Apple issue...idk

Have you tried signing into your mytmobile account and go to line add ons to see if Apple TV is available there?


Yes and it says apple tv on us -Active


Try signing in and if you can't request a new password and username.
