Update certification has no pre-determined time frame. It depends on how big and how major the update is. Major OS updates take a lot longer than jist a couple.of bug fixes bundled with a security patch.

once it actually passes testing...if it doesnt and gets sent back to be re worked then any guess on how long it’ll take just went out the window..and going off how long its taken them to get 12 and 13 out to their devices i wouldnt hold my breath on it being quick.
