I finally received t-mobile sim card, I inserted it into my phone, I called team mobile 877-207-8048 to activate sim card, as instructed via team mobile email, the first agent cancelled my temporary phone number prior to sending verification code text as a result i was NOT able to activate sim card because my identity could not be validated, I was transferring my att phone # to team mobile.
First agent yuki never called me back after having me restart the phone and cancelling temporary t-mobile phone #
Second agent Carol informed me that team mobile store could only activate the SIM card. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I hung up due to the long wait time
Third agent Rafael repeated Carol’s instructions to visit team mobile store, I asked for a supervisor, Mayen, after a 15 minute wait, I reported the level on incompetency of agents.
Mayen’s customer service skills did not restore any faith in T-mobile
I can only say t-mobile started off on the WRONG foot.
