My Nord N10 5g phone is only a few months old but suddenly began to only allow me to hear other parties during calling if I have the speakerphone on. The other party can hear me, but I can’t hear them (or the phone ringing out for that matter) unless I turn on the speakerphone. Also, the T-mobile jingle doesn’t play anymore on power up/power down. I’m just wondering if others have run into this problem and what actions might resolve the issue (up to and including a hardware reset). Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I have an email account that runs through Spectrum and when I installed the new T-Mobile sim card because my phone as on Sprint, my outlook mail account went away. I installed Outlook, but now I get nothing in Outlook. It appears that server to which my Outlook account is linked is not the correct account. Please note that my email account is a Road Runner account. I do not see any means on my phone that allows me to change the server. Any suggestion that will get me to the correct server?
I have a Samsung Galaxy s20 from T-mobile that I bought a year ago on Amazon as an unlocked phone. I have been using this phone with an ATT sim card without any problems for a year. Today I noticed that I can’t make or receive calls with it. The phone works, it’s just that I can’t call anyone nor I can be called. I tested my ATT sim card in another phone and that phone worked fine (makes/receives calls). I tested the unlocked S20 with a T-mobile sim card and phone makes/receives calls. Thus, the phone behaves as locked, though it worked fine for a year. Any suggestions?
When I got a new Pixel 6 I wasn’t able to connect my old phone - the old phone’s display was broken and I couldn’t see or touch anything (even though it was still working - I heard notification dings and the phone ringing a couple times). I did connect it to the new phone but since I couldn’t see anything, it was useless. So I restored the new Pixel with my Google account, which was 99% fine. The strange thing it has my text messages from before the old phone broke. Like the conversations from last week, for example, are all there normally. But then it just has the sender’s name and blank space for a couple days’ worth of received messages (in other words, there were texts received at the time the phone wasn’t working and they’re not displaying retroactively). It’s very unlikely I received an urgent important text in the brief period I have blanks in my text history, but it’s very strange and I’d like to solve it.
Anyone else get promised a galaxy s22 before the launch, then get denied picking up your new phone on launch day, and t-mobile bozos tell you they ordered it for you and promise it being delivered on Monday the 28th, but now there's a huge delay and your phone you were promised is not in stock anymore? And you paid money basically for no services being rendered?
Every cell I ever had, I was able to delay a text, setting a time and date... On a Nord10 it seems impossible... Does anyone know how to either fix or confirm this is not an option.... I have seen that if you hold the arrow to the right of the text box you can create a time and date.. the only options are selected dates the are Holidays.. no option to create a new timeframe??
Hello I have a OnePlus 6 that automatically updated to Android 11, opening the Ikea app advises against using the app on a “rooted device”:Ikea App I did not root my device, I have rooted devices in the past and I did not root it. Confirming with 2 different apps, Rootchecker Basic, says my device is not rooted:Root Checker BasicBut RootBeerFresh says my device IS rooted:RootBeerFreshWhat I’ve tried:I went to a t-mobile store to get it replaced, this is the newly replaced device. Until the update to Android 11 I did not see notification from the Ikea app.I spoke with OnePlus support, we did factory resets, clearing cache, and reinstalling the Ikea app my device remains rooted. Please assist, this device typically has my personal information on it. Thank you-Matt
I seem to have this recurring issueI have a brand new Samsung S10+, bought from t-mobileI am part of a group chat with my coworkers (who all have iPhones), whenever I am on my home wi-fi or work wi-fi they seem to be receiving my texts twice. when they text me it comes with a serious delay, and I don't receive images they send. This also happens when I am not on wifi and am on 4g. I also receive texts twice when it is one-on-one texting with a friend. This needs to stop. Someone please help!

Tmobile deleted my voicemails. As a customer of 17 years, I had no idea they now did this. They never notified us to a change in a long-standing practice. Some of the voicemails were from my dad who has died. Does anyone know where to find the policy? The Tmobile staff who “answered” on an old post alluded to a way to avoid this, but did not tell us how. How is that helpful? Anyone know how to do that? Thank you.
