So it will tell me that i have to wait because i have entered it more than 5 times and will self destruct. no that part im kidding. How the heck do i get it to take that password off? I have entered my security questions and they are correct but still the phone is locked. safe mode no go. I even went back to the store and they will not help me. I began receiving the two following messages with my Samsung A32 5G modelSM-326U a few days ago: "Unable to download MMS message. Please try again later"; and, "Unable to send message at this time. We will try again later." I tried several fixes found on Google, including deleting the data and cache from Play Store, and turning off download MMS messages automatically within the Samsung message app itself. This is the message app it came pre-downloaded on my Samsung phone. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hi, I recently bought a Sprint branded LG V50 which works reasonably well on T-Mobile. I found out that the phone will no longer work after Jan 2021 because Sprint/T-Mobile is not porting VoLTE and WiFi calling over to the device. So much for the un-carrier. When I called Customer Service, I was told I have to buy a new phone. I just bought this one. I do not get why I should have to pay for another phone. Is anyone out there in a similar situation? Is there a remedy?ThanksPete
Can anyone please tell me why a voicemail notification continues to alert on my watch? It is running my battery down! Let me make it clear that I have NO voicemails. I have checked it a thousand times to make sure. I have tried disconnecting my watch, restarting it, resetting it, etc. I have read from Google that this is only an issue with the T-Mobile server. Please fix this T-Mobile!!!!!!!
I live in a rural area in colorado that tmobile does not service. But if you go 10miles north they service. So I do have a Tmobile tower in my house. We are suppose to be able to ping off of Viaro tower. Since there is no 5g in our area (waist of money) I have to change my phone to 4g. Then I have to take off wifi calling if i want my phone to work for phone calls. We have 2 internet providers. My phone attempts to ping off of the Viaro tower but is rejected. so mean time my phone will not work. If i try to hook up to the tmobile tower in the house it states that its registering with tmobile for about 5min. then comes back and says unable to register try again later. I cant make for calls or text. I had to get on my laptop to try and chat with tmobile but im even unable to do that.
I was trying to share a u-tube video yesterday evening when all of my content in a group chat disappeared. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. When I reestablished the group chat and texted that everything had disappeared, my daughter replied from her iphone (latest version) and A LOT of my content came back, except for content from yesterday all the way back to July 2021. I have contacted T-Mobile and they have a ticket in for the issue. Just wondering if I can get that content back.
Cell coverage in our home is so unreliable we have to direct people to call us on our landline. TM provided us with a 4G LTE personal cell spot. While this is giving us great cell phone coverage, it’s creating big problems with our internet/wifi. It has slowed down dramatically. I’ve checked with and without the personal cell spot connected and there is definitely a huge difference. We have an Arris Surfboard T25 modem and we are using Linksys Velop (3 nodes) to improve our wifi performance. The mother node is connected by ethernet cable to the Arris T25, and the cell spot is connected by ethernet to the Linksys mother node. After reading other posts we moved the personal cell spot at least 5 feet away from the modem, but this has not improved the situation.Thought I would check here before taking the unit back to TM and just living with bad cell service. Thanks
I bought the phone from my hands in Ukraine, the Ukrainian himself when he made a full reset and inserted the SIM card, the waterphone knocked me out "Contact the T Mobile operator to use other operators" Please help, I did not steal the phone, I bought it from Ukraine 7 months ago and did not know (((IMEI 356114100319887
Owners of T-Mobile locked S22 Ultras are saying that they’ve received the April security patch 5 days ago. I have yet to see it available for my unlocked version. T-Mobile seems to make our unlocked phones a lower priority for security patches. This happened last year with my unlocked Note 20 Ultra where T-Mobile provided no security patches at all from June until September (3 months)! One would think that they would try to take care of owners of unlocked phones as well since we can easily take our business to another carrier if we aren’t happy with T-Mobile’s seeming lack of concern about our security.
I have the OnePlus 9 T-Mobile variant upgraded to Android 12. I've noticed a few bugs after the update.1. The new messaging app displays text in the wrong order and shows incorrect dates text are received and/or sent.2. Incorrect processor 888 snapdragon is correct. But is showing 855 snapdragon.3. Low volume/muffled calls. I've checked with a few other phones, no issues. Seems to to only be affected by the OnePlus 9 T-Mobile variant.
I been charging my Google phone like I using do for the last two years and everything was fine. One day it stopped charging for some odd reason and it took me a day or so to figure out that a feature called “USB Preferences” which is something very new but I never wanted it or I downloaded it. So now when ever I try to charge my phone up sometimes it will charge at its usual pace or sometimes it will charge very slow which it never done that before. There are times it won’t charge and I have to find this option on my phone to make it charge at all (the picture I shared will show what I mean now). Is there a way I can try to resolve this issue? I don’t like it when I have to activate the charging process using USB Preferences which makes no sense now. I am even considering in the future when I get a new smart phone I can use a charger pad instead of using a cable. Any advice of how to resolve this now I really appreciate it.
Hi,I try to wifi call with my Samsung S21 Ultra and it never works. If I am in an area with no cell service but there is WiFi it still cannot send or receive texts or calls. When I check the WiFi calling setting it just says E081 unable to make calls. I wanna here some peoples opinions on what it could be now this really does affect me at my work and I do know that they do not block T-Mobile and it has happened to me at my house where there are some various dead zones. Any additional information can be provided if needed.
