Does Samsung have an adapter (charging block) that meets the 25W PPS PD3.0 standard? If so, what’s the model number of the adapter?Does Samsung have a 15W Super Fast wireless charging pad (NOT a 15W Fast wireless charging pad)? If so, what’s the model number?Please advise. Many thanks.

totaly wrong phone listed on my account

i brought my own device to t mobile my girl and i both did, she switched her device from an S23 ultra to a S 22, they have her line and phone correct , but mine isnt even close. i have the S23 ultra always have on t mobile but they have my phone listed as a google pixal phone. why? i have never owned a google phone. I also had insurance on my phone that they took off along with my S23 ultra. I want my correct phone listed back on my account and my insurance put back on my S23 like it was!

Excellent job with troubleshooting!

I recently went through an update that messed up my group texts. I wouldn't get texts for hours, and the replies I tried sending continued to fail (apparently a lot of people were experiencing this). I did a customer support chat, which then led to T Mobile Care calling me. Emma, the tech support rep I spoke with (who I believe was in China, based on her time zone), was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! She did a great job walking me through all the steps to reset my network and everything that went along with that, and helped me resolve the issue within 30 minutes of her first calling me! Ever since I switched from Verizon, I could not be happier with T Mobile and the customer care they provide! She asked me to leave a review, and I wasn't sure where to post it, so here's hoping she and her bosses see this!

I just switched to t mobile from Verizon brought my phone over. galaxy s23 and ever since I switched I can't send pictures or text in group chats since. without being forced to use data is there no way around this or a fix?

The home internet app used to display the devices on my Wi-Fi but nothing has not been displayed for a while now. I tried logging out of app and logged back in again with no change. There is a message to log into my T Mobile Wi-Fi which I am already. Any ideas?

A lot of my web pages and Google/Bing search results are not updating. It's showing the same articles and posts that have the dates updating. All the websites have not been updated for the past 2-3 years. Especially my states news website. Samsung Galaxy S21 5g Android 13 Update

I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 5G that is currently running android 12, purchased directly from Samsung. I have been waiting for the update to 13, but whenever I check, the system keeps saying that my software is up to date. I’ve spoken to tmobile through chat support, but they suggested I bring it to a tmobile facility to look at. I’d rather avoid that since the last time that I went to a tmobile store it was over an hour wait, and I’d hate to see what it’s like during the holidays. I’d appreciate any assistance to this.
