I preorder on Feb 18, they charged the on March 28, then I received an email device shipped on April 6, no tracking number, had to call 611 customer service to get tracking #, when I check on UPS app it stating label created on 4/5 but UPS have not received no package, when checking on schedule delivery: NO INFORMATIUON AVAILABLE. Today is april 13 and nothing yet , this is so frustrating why will they sen an email your device has shipped when is not?
I'm frustrated. I read about great t mobile deals for the 6 pro on tech media sites. Within a day after publication, the deal isn't there. Hard for me to believe that this is bait and switch on the part of T mobile. Could it be?The reporters who wrote the media stories swore to me t mobile marketing/pr folk confirmed the deals. What happened to them? Did they ever exist?I called t mobile, showed them the article. They claim the deal didn't currently exist. Big help! Every time I get the forced updates it resets all of my app permissions and has broken my DEXCOM app to the point that I have to factory reset my phone to fix it which take hours to reset up all of apps. Please stop pushing these patches that act more like a virus than protection from them. I depend on my Dexcom app to monitor my glucose level and having to spend 4 -6 reloading my phone is ridiculous. I know the people developing these patches do care how they affect people because they don’t need to deal with aftermath. So hopefully some T-Mobile Executive reads this and fixes the software development department and gets them to development patches that do not make the end user miserable.
I am still wondering about one thing, what is the point in having a super slow mo cam that records only a few seconds on a phone with a massive amount of storage, if they are only going to give a few seconds then why dont they just remove it from the phone, no human has fast enough reflexes to catch hardly any thing when they are limiting it like it is
T-Mobile tech support had me reset the network settings on my Galaxy S7 because some incoming SMS messages were being delayed.Come to find out, this destroyed dozens of wifi network passwords that I had accumulated over the years. They never warned me.Is there any way to recover them?

I have a LG V40.When i dial a number, the screen is lit for about 5 seconds, then it dims for 2 seconds, then it goes dark. I want to adjust how long it's lit. In particular, I'd like to set it so it does NOT GO DARK. I have several conference calls every week, and I have to mute and unmute a lot, and it's quite a PITA to keep having to reopen the screen before I can press the mute button. I want the screen to stay active, but it can stay in the DIM mode. I can't seem to find ANY settings for how long anything is shown or hidden.How can I adjust this?
