My family downloaded the new android 8.0 update on our Samsung galaxy j7prime phones and now our batteries charge very slowly and as soon as it comes off the charger it drains really fast. My phone was at 45% and was on the charger for 5 hrs to only find it at 70%..How do we fix this!!!!
I have the Xperia XA2 Ultra, I checked with Sony customer support about VoWIFI, they indicated this device is able to utilize VoWIFI. Is there a way to update our service to open this functionality? Or is the T-Mo network unable to support VoWIFI for this phone? I setup the e911 address for all the phones on my account, my Moto phones both are able to use Wifi Calling, but my XA2 Ultra still does not. Is it possible my SIM card needs to be replaced? Is there a d/l link for the "T-Mobile WiFi Calling software"?
I followed the instructions here to try to unlock my phone that I have had for years. Mobile Device Unlock: Samsung Galaxy Avant They did not work. After waiting to connect, it gave me "Failure in processing the request. Please reboot and try again." It still did not work after restarting the device. The error said "Unable to connect to the server at this time. Please try back again later. Please help my unlock my phone.
Times got tough and I couldn't pay my cellphone bill. It's up to 1600 now and they sent it to collections. They want all the devices back. They blacklisted and blocked all the devices except mines. Earlier this year before all this my note 5 stopped working and I got a replacement through samsung thus having a different imei number. I did a imei check on all the device on the account. All of them blacklisted and blocked except mines. My guess is that they don't have a record of my new imei due to replacement in tmobile's system. I have another tmobile account and use my Sim in that phone. My plan is to return all the remaining devices and keep mine since it still works and eventually pay the account off and close it some time down the road.My question is should I keep it? Are they going to eventually figure it out and block/black list it? Cause I have a couple of weeks to return the devices before they won't except them anymore. Did I find a loop hole?
My LG v20 phone was spooled for a firmware update today and I let it update, as soon as it had updated and rebooted I immediately noticed when launching some apps that the Main Android Home Screen (icons and widgets both) was ghosted in the background of whatever app was running, it's faint and it slowly fades away in some apps after give or take 20-30 seconds but sticks around in other apps indefinitely...This is also happening occasionally on the 2nd screen at the top where some notifications and icons are ghosting from the lock screen once unlocked...Seems to be some kind of overlay issue, as it's not apparent on all apps or even universal in the app, for example, if I run the AOL app, the ghosting is only visible on parts of the app where videos are being displayed, and in other apps how much ghosting seems to depend on something else, but it's primarily on the edges... The ghosting effect also seems to slowly diminish the longer the phone is unlocked, but not go away entirely...I
I have a Galaxy s6. It had been unlocked for 3 years. I cancelled the phone number that was associated with the now closed account and T-Mobile RE-LOCKED the phone. I have requested an unlock code which I have and on the unlock device app ON the phone, it says the phone is permanently unlocked, however it is NOT unlocked and I cannot use any other sim card in it.As I am now living in another country this essentially renders my phone useless. I have spent countless hours on the phone with T-Mobile, nobody can tell me why it was RELOCKED and nobody can give me a solution to get it UNLOCKED.
I have had all of the Oneplus phones so this has never been an issue. Since you guys released this phone the proximity sensor is not working right and I always hangup dial out or mute calls with my face. The way the sensor has worked since the beginning is it will turn off when you phone is near your face. If you hit the power button during a call the phone should stay in the screen off position even if you move away from your face during the call. Please fix where if in a call and you tap the power button the screen stays off during the call regardless of if your face is or is not near the handset. Thanks
Hello Everyone,About a week ago my bluetooth and wifi suddenly quit working - neither one will stay on. I can get a faint green light, then grey again and nothing. I cannot sync anything, connect to anything, yet I can surf the net no problem. I have taken the battery out, nothing. Somebody help.
Did anyone else notice that the Oreo update to the Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8+ broke the Microsoft Exchange account? My email stopped syncing for some folders, like Sent items (I use the stock email app). Reboots, adjusting settings, nothing worked to get my Sent mail folder to sync with the server. I decided to remove the account and reinstall it. However, while you can remove the account it cannot be restored. Is there a fix for this? I tried other apps (gmail & Outlook), but still could not connect to Microsoft Exchange. Finally, my only option was to connect to my email account (@msn.com) via manual settings through IMAP mail. I don't know what the downsides are for not having Microsoft Exchange set up, but it wasn't too long ago that Microsoft forced the switch to the exchange (if I remember correctly). As far as I can tell the IMAP settings are working, but there are no options to sync contacts, calendars, etc. It was quite frustrating to waste hours today trying to f

It gets 31% through the "Android is updating", process, then kicks out to the white T-Mobile bootup splash screen and starts up. After startup I get a notification that the software update failed, and then eventually a popup about log data having been gathered and the option to report it - where I pick "Report". This occurred a week or so ago on the automatic OTA update, then several times today on manually initiated OTA updates Tried various "fixes" found on this forum and elsewhere:1, Wipe Cache - wiped successful but encountered same failure on subsequent manual software update attempt.2. Factory Data Reset - reset successful but subsequent manual sw update done prior to google login had same failure.3. Did Google login then another manual software OTA update - same failure.4. Attempted to use Samsung Smart Switch (V 4.1.17022_20) app on PC to phone. Supposedly the PC app is supposed to offer to update the software when I connect via USB, but no. It reports that "Your device softwar
