Lost all my contacts

My A22 reset itself on me and I lost all my contacts.  It was very easy when I had Verizon to retrieve my contacts how do I do that with my T-Mobile.  I got some of them back from my Google but am missing so many more.

it should auto back up your contacts to Google unless you selected for it to not back anything up on your device.
