I am attempting to unlock my phone galaxy a02s from MetroPCS. I have satisfied all the prepaid unlock requirements and used phone on their network for over a year and it just said error 37 couldn't unlock my imei is 350603977998316

they have their own site as well as they do their own unlocks. owned by TMO however still their own company.
