Microsoft Ecxhange ActiveSync account not sending messages


I got my Samsung Galaxy S9 yesterday and I set up my Hotmail e-mail account. This morning I'm trying to send a message and it won't send. My G-Mail is working fine, but that's not my primary e-mail and I only use for the purposes of my phone (ie. google play or such) I've deleted the account and re-set it back up and still nothing. I'm receiving e-mails just fine, but I can't send anything. Can someone help me?? I've never had this problem before on any of my other galaxies in the past.

Let's see if we can get this figured out! Are you getting a specific error message? How are you trying to set it up (manually or just entering your email and password)? If you haven't tried manually setting it up via SMTP, go here to find out the specifics needed to manually set it up.
