I have recently bought a LG G PAD 5 (pre-owned) and I am not in USA and I am unable to use mobile connection as it says not allowed, it is showing SIM signals without any SIM installed and mobile networks button is also disabled. Please tell me what to do.

unfortunately if this is the case the previous owner of the phone would need to be the one to contact TMO and have it unlocked as long as all the above has been met in that link
