Hi...I am trying to remove from the navigation bar and Uninstall equalweb accessibility  app

which is acting as malware Spyware Trojan horse etc...it does not can't be changed thru phone settings or app settings and it doesn't shutdown as per on screen pop-up icon menu...please help
