Was told that I can have a new cell since I originally was told that by customer service, I paid over a 100 a month just for cell phone service, and for the last two months I don't have a phone however I'm still being billed the 100 each moth.  Called a few times the second called said I refused the offer however I have the VM, as well as the text message saved to my devise stating that I can redeem this offer any time by calling or texting customer service I can't call them because my phone is broken.  So whenever I text them they say that they cant authenticate the account one thing I know for sure is I'm a war time veteran, to be called basically a liar I'm going to post this on FACEBOOK to all my veterans, and it's so bad that they can still bill me but they couldn't honor their word.  In closing I'm beyond frustrated with how I was and am being treated so I'm just not going to pay anymore bills and when they try to collect I'll get them for breach of contract.  

The service is actually your phone number and the plan that it is tied to.  Whether your phone works or not or whether or not you use what is included in your plan doesn't change that you are assigned a phone number and that number is yours for as long as you want it and pay for it.  

You can visit your local T-Mobile store or send T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter for some more help in obtaining a new phone or temporarily suspending your service until you get a new device.
